Hi, I’m Diane Nguyen, a professional travel consultant certified by the OPC, the Quebec government’s consumer protection office. I mainly work with the Vietnamese community here, helping families and friends plan cruises, resort vacations and flights.
Planning a trip can take hours of searching and comparing, and that’s the part I take off your plate. I work directly with Sunwing, Air Canada Vacations, Transat, WestJet, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, Princess, Disney and more. I look at the options side by side, find the package that fits your needs and budget, and make sure you get the best price. If the same trip is listed for less on the supplier’s own website, I’ll match it.
You also get someone in your corner from start to finish. If something changes or goes wrong before or during your trip, I deal with the supplier for you, so you don’t have to sit on hold. And because I book through a licensed Quebec agency, you’re protected by the government-managed travel compensation fund, which adds a little extra peace of mind.
Whether you already know where you want to go or just need a break and don’t know where, reach out anytime. I’d be happy to help you plan a trip you can look forward to without the stress.
